About PAEVOR Institute

Democratizing AI governance across emerging markets with evidence-based research and practical solutions.

Our Mission

Empowering Emerging Markets Through AI Governance

PAEVOR Institute exists to ensure that the benefits of artificial intelligence are accessible to all nations, particularly those in emerging markets. We believe that effective AI governance should not be the exclusive domain of wealthy nations but a fundamental right for all communities.

Through rigorous research, capacity building, and policy advocacy, we work to create frameworks that allow emerging economies to harness AI's transformative potential while protecting their citizens from its risks.

Vision & Values

What Guides Us

Evidence-Based Action

Every recommendation we make is grounded in rigorous research and empirical evidence, ensuring our guidance is practical and effective.

Inclusive Development

We believe AI governance must include diverse voices, particularly those from communities most affected by technological change.

Local Context Matters

Generic solutions don't work. We tailor our approaches to the unique cultural, economic, and political contexts of each region.

Collaborative Spirit

We partner with governments, academia, civil society, and the private sector to create comprehensive solutions.

Transparency

We operate with full transparency, sharing our research, methodologies, and findings openly with the global community.

Long-term Impact

We focus on sustainable change that builds lasting capacity rather than short-term interventions.

Theory of Change

How We Create Impact

Our theory of change is built on four interconnected pillars:

  • Research: Generate evidence that informs policy and practice
  • Capacity: Build human capital through training and education
  • Policy: Support governments in developing effective AI frameworks
  • Convening: Create spaces for knowledge exchange and collaboration

By addressing these four areas simultaneously, we create systemic change that enables emerging markets to participate as equals in the global AI ecosystem.
